Creative i’s ADDY Winning Streak Continues

Silicon Valley’s hottest ad agency is making a mark on the national advertising scene.

After winning eight major awards – including a prestigious “Judges Award” – during ceremonies for the Silicon Valley ADDY’s last spring, Creative i Advertising & Interactive has seen its work advance to win at the national level.

The national Addy Awards is the largest advertising competition of its kind, with more than 60,000 entrants participating in 200 local competitions. Winners from those events advance to competition at the national level.

Judges recognized Creative i for advertising and marketing communications produced for clients such as Specialized Bicycles, Girl Scouts, BigFix, Ferrari Club of America/West and the Palo Alto Concours d’Elegance.

“It’s always exciting to see our work recognized for excellence here in our home market,” says Rick Mathieson, vice president of creative strategy for the Palo Alto-based agency. “To see it win at the national level, against national advertising agencies, really says a lot about the work our team is producing.”

“We like to say that the success stories behind these awards are what really matters, and it’s true,” adds agency founder Tom Antal. “But to also win so much recognition is tremendously gratifying from a creative standpoint, too.”
